OPSNET: Facility Info: Required Forms Report

In the Facility Information view of OPSNET, the Required Forms Report lists the primary facility with the satellite facility it services.

The Required Forms Report in Facility Information displays the following fields:

• Region
• Facility
• FAA Form 7230-1 (Front, Back)
• FAA Form 7230–26 (Front, Back)
• FAA Form 7230–14 (Domestic, Oceanic)
• Facility Type
• Level (Old, New)
