This is the dictionary for the Data Download feature in OPSNET: Facility Information.

| NON_ADD | Character | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), a terminal has control of the facility's approaches and/or radar services. These IFR counts will not be added to state, region, or state totals as they are already included in that reporting terminal's count. |
| REGION | Character | 1 | One-character code used for each region: 5 = Alaskan |
| STATE | Character | 2 | Two-character postal state abbreviation. |
| HUB | Character | 1 | Code used by DOT to signify sizes of metropolitan areas based on population: S = Small |
| UNIT | Character | 1 | 1 or 2. This information is used with approach data for primary reporting facility vs. secondary reported facility. |
| ATREP | Character | 1 | ATREP or military facility. If flagged T (for True), it signifies a military facility, which provides and reports approach service only. |
| EFAS_OCEAN | Character | 1 | Oceanic (no longer used for EFAS). If flagged T (for True), it represents those ARTCCs reporting oceanic aircraft handled. |
| ARPT_OPS | Character | 1 | Airport Operations. If flagged T (for True), it indicates that this facility is an ATCT and reports data on FAA Form 7230-1. |
| INST_APPRO | Character | 1 | Instrument Approaches. If flagged T (for True), it indicates that approach data (on FAA Form 7230-12) is either reported by or for this facility. |
| ACFT_HANDL | Character | 1 | Instrument Approaches. If flagged T (for True), it indicates that this facility is an ARTCC and reports aircraft handled on FAA Form 7230-26. |
| INST__OPS | Character | 1 | Instrument Operations. If flagged T (for True), it indicates that instrument operations is reported for this facility on either Side 2 of FAA Form 7230-1, or on Side 1 of FAA Form 7230-26. |
| ST_III_TCA | Character | 1 | TRSA, Class B, or Class C (services). If flagged T (for True), it indicates that this facility provides and reports TRSA, Class B, or Class C service on Side 2 of FAA Form 7230-26. |
| LLEVEL | Number | 1 | Level of facility (blank, or 0-5). Under the old classification, a facility type "F" facility would be blank, a facility type "G" facility would be "0", and the remainder of FAA facilities would be listed as appropriate Levels 1-5. |
| HOUR_OPERA | Number | 1 | A facility type "F" would be blank. All other FAA facilities would be listed from 8 hours of operation through 24 hours of operation. |
| CITY | Character | 26 | City and/or facility name. |
| CENTER_ARE | Character | 5 | Center Area. The location identifier of the ARTCC which has jurisdiction of this facility. If the field is blank, the ARTCC listed would provide the approach control or radar service for that facility. If the field is filled, the terminal listed would provide the approach control or radar service for that facility. |
| PRIMARY_FA | Character | 5 | Primary Facility. If the field is blank, the ARTCC listed would provide the approach control or radar service for that facility. If the field is filled, the terminal listed would provide the approach control or radar service for that facility. |
| OPSNET | Character | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the data were pulled from OPSNET files. |
| SEASONAL | Character | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means that this facility's hours of operation change during the year. Usually, it is a 5-month/7-month split.

| CLASS | Character | 1 | If this field is flagged B, the facility provides Class B service. If this field is flagged C, the facility provides Class C service. This field can be blank. |
| NLEVEL | Number | 2 | New level of facility (blank, or 4-14). Under the new classification, a facility type "F" facility would be blank, a facility type "G" facility would be "0", the remainder of FAA facilities would be listed as appropriate Levels 1-14. |
| SELECT | Number | 2 | 55 Select Facility. If the field is flagged T (for True), this facility is a part of the 55 select airports group. |
| COLLECT_T | Number | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the Towers data were pulled from OPSNET files. |
| COLLECT_I | Number | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the Instrument Operations data were pulled from OPSNET files. |
| COLLECT_C | Number | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the Center data were pulled from OPSNET files. |
| COLLECT_A | Number | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the Instrument Approach data were pulled from OPSNET files. |
| COMMENTS | Character | 256 | Comments recorded during the EFF_DATE and the END_DATE. |
| SERV_AREA | Character | 2 | Service Area: EE = Eastern Enroute Facility |
| SEL_TRACON | Character | 1 | If this field is flagged T (for True), it means the facility is an OPSNET Select TRACON. |
